Like Reflexology you are using the reflex points on the feet, with the additional use of a base cream blended with essential oils, amplifying the treatments effects.
The feet are first soaked in a salt foot bath, followed by a foot scrub, cooling floral waters are placed on cotton pads over the eyes, whilst the reflex points are stimulated and the foot massaged.
